if the items is found damaged during transportation, please refuse to sign for it at that time when delivered and ask the courier to bring it back to shipper.
If you have the same problems receiving the damaged package, allowed to return and exchange or cancel subscribe the goods unconditionally within 7 days from the date of receipt:
1) Send the wrong product in your ordered or subscribe
2) After receiving the package, it is found that the product has expired
Above these, we will resend the goods to the buyer and bear the transportation fee.
